Every place I've ever been has left something on my plate. A spice, a technique, a flavor I couldn't stop thinking about. I collect them like souvenirs. And now I'm bringing all of it to you — warm pita, smoky spreads, kabobs, dumplings. Wherever your table is, I'll be there, and it'll be colorful.
